Ingredients in the bag:
- organic desiccated coconut,
- organic pepitas,
- organic coconut sugar,
- organic coconut flour,
- organic spices,
- Himalayan salt, bi-carb soda
Yield:
8/12 slices (up to 24 cupcakes)
What you need to add:
- 1 x packet of cake mix
- 4 x 60 gram eggs
- 4 tablespoons oil or butter
- ½ cup water
NOTE: if you use olive oil in the vanilla & cinnamon cake mix it may overpower the spice flavour.
Method:
- Set oven to 175C (fan forced)
- Line baking mold with nonstick baking paper
- Empty contents of packet into bowl
- Add eggs, oil and water
- Using the whisk, combine well
- Pour into lined baking mould
- Place in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes – the cake will bounce back when cooked
- Remove from oven, turn out onto a cooling rack
Storage: Keeps for up to a week when kept airtight.

Ingredients in the bag:
- Blanched almond meal,
- tapioca/arrowroot,
- chia seeds,
- Himalayan salt, bi-carb soda
Yield:
10-12 slices – we recommend you bake a single loaf in a small bread mold or a small dessert size mixing bowl lined with non stick baking paper.
What you need to add:
- 1 x packet of bread mix
- 3 x 60 gram eggs
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 30 mls water
Method:
- Set oven to 175C (fan forced)
- Line baking mould with non stick baking paper
- Empty contents of packet into bowl
- Add eggs, apple cider vinegar and water
- Using the whisk, mix for 1 minute until the mixture is well combined and free of lumps
- Pour into lined baking mould
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven, turn out onto a cooling rack
Storage: Keeps for up to a week when kept airtight.
