The recipes are all about making living gluten free and grain free easy, fun, joyful and delicious.

No hype, no special ingredients, using a handful of ingredients in lots of different ways.  Living abundantly with little.  Living on great food that nourishes your body and gives you choice with recipes that you can personalise, make your own, make better!

Each chapter is delivered to your inbox in your order confirmation email.  Simply press the download prompt for each chapter and it will download straight to your device as simple to navigate/scroll PDF chapters.

The book has been broken up into chapters so you can save each one individually and quickly find what you are after.  Each chapter loads quickly (didn’t want you to have to wait a long time to download and use a big long cookbook!).

Every recipes has a lovely, full colour photographs just as the recipe was made be me.  We do our own photography so we can control what happens – which is not much at all!

    • including some fantastic vegetable based, super fast, super delicious gluten free, grain free and egg free recipes

    • my world famous gluten free, grain free bread recipe – Almond and Chia Seed Bread, a nut free version using pepita meal, flatbreads and naan bread along with a lovely sweet bread made with fruit and cinnamon
    • there a number of egg free options and they are all gluten free and grain free bread recipes

    • this chapter is brimming with easy to make pastry dishes including herbed chips, left over pie, apple turnover and much more
    • you will find my award winning Christmas Cake recipe (Date, Rosemary and Cinnamon) that my production company Whisk and Bowl was making for a long time, we decided because it was so popular why not put it into my recipe book
    • if you love scones, check out the egg free scone recipe using lovely almond meal and bananas – I won the CWA scone cook-off with this recipe
    • one of my favourites are the egg free, gluten free and grain free no added sugar (phew) date and cinnamon biscuits – have a go at rolling this dough out thin and cutting with a drinking glass or cookie cutter, they are simple and delcious
  • Meals and Dinner Chapter
    • really speaks for itself
    • my favourite is being able to have chicken schnitzel
    • and I love the beetroot salad
  • Other Recipe Chapter
    • my world famous Chocolate Chia Cake (still in production at Whisk and Bowl) is included in this chapter with a bit of an upgrade – gluten free, grain free, dairy free and now nut free – easy!
    • one of my favourite things is labna – a beautiful cheese you can easily make at home with yoghurt – give it a go – it is so delicious on the Almond and Chia Bread and makes a terrific edition to any meal
