Three day old gluten-free-bread-grain-free-bread torn into bits, left over chicken from roast dinner, torn into bits, 1 zucchini chopped up.

Heat pan to medium hot, drizzle in some olive or coconut oil, add zucchini and cook for 2 minutes (move it around a wee bit so it cooks evenly), grind lots of black pepper over zucc, throw in bread bits and chicken.

Toss for another couple of minutes. DONE! Serve with drizzle of olive oil….. ENJOY!
