all of my recipes are dairy free (except where I add butter for my bread, yoghurt to finish a main dish or make my own soft cheese). I don't use dairy in my baking.

I bake with coconut sugar made from the sap of coconut blossoms (sounds romantic heh?), it is still sugar, it just reacts differently in my body. Loads of my recipes are naturally sweetened with dates and bananas and don't need anything else added. My scones are sweetened and held together (egg free) with banana, sunflower biscuits sweetened with honey
